Within a consortium, structuring a bond issue via initial public offering through which CFAF67 were raised against the CFAF50 billion sought and intended to be used to cover the expenses of the priority actions identified in the Government's economic policy instruments. In continuation of its public investment efforts started a few years ago, significant resources were earmarked for the implementation of the emergency phase of the ten-year flood control, infrastructure and energy programme.
