Marième YOUM KOBAR

As Group COO, Marième is part of Impaxis Group Executive Committee. She is in charge of support functions departments; she ensures the consistency and optimization of the relations between the various entities of the Group. She participates to the definition of the Group’s strategy and ensures its optimal implementation.
Before joining Impaxis, Marième had 18 years of professional experience including 14 years in a large corporate and investment bank (CA CIB) in France and 4 years as Head of Strategy Organization and Performance services at Mazars Senegal.
Her professional background has allowed her to acquire good financial knowledge and to experience the processing of structured financial transactions made to address complex investment needs. Her experience as a consultant has enabled her used to demonstrate strong business development skills to build and execute strategies to develop business lines, and implement operational excellence in the organization.
Marieme holds a Master degree in Bank and Finance from at ESM-A School and has developed her skills by obtaining various certifications in Strategy (HEC-Paris), Lead Implementer ISO9001V2015, Stream Leader Lean management and Lean Six Sigma (CACIB).
